Teaching methods. Alternating and combining methods, adapted to the needs of the subjects and students. Pedagogical and experiential methods appropriate to the fields of knowledge.

New technologies. Engaging students with new technologies is important. Fully equipped IT laboratory and targeted curricula. Project Based Learning, STEM & ICT activities. Integrated education system.

Unique natural environment. In Marousi, Attica, with courtyards, basketball, tennis, football and indoor gym.

Regulation and value framework. A clear framework of rules. Students experience respect and responsibility. Pedagogical framework supervised by teachers and derived from a value system.

Safety. Great importance is placed on the safety of students in classrooms and during breaks. Surveillance of all premises.

Communication. Close cooperation between teachers and the Directorate and parents, with organised and ad hoc meetings.

Personalisation. Each student has a “name”, is part of a community, yet retains his or her individuality. With a small number of classes per grade (three), we ensure personal contact and individual support for every student.

Our goals - Our philosophy. Primary education is the first and most important level. It lays the foundations for growth in three areas:

Cognitive

Emotional

Psychomotor

Emotional. The aim is for students to come to school happy. Cognitive and mental development is rooted in emotion. We provide safety, acceptance, psychosocial support, and the development of essential skills such as communication, self-awareness, and emotional regulation. Our students are part of a caring and supportive school.

Cognitive domain. We focus on providing practical knowledge. Students gain experience and integrate smoothly into all areas of study. We encourage curiosity and a willingness to explore. Experiential learning is frequently applied, using diverse teaching methods and educational tools to support understanding and retention. Cultivation of mathematical thinking, analysis, abstraction, and generalization. Development of observation, perseverance, critical thinking, and independent thought. Promotion of intercultural awareness, along with attitudes of acceptance and respect.

Psychomotor domain.

focuses on developing perceptual and coordination skills: kinaesthetic, visual, auditory, sensory perception, coordination.

Developing motor skills

Developing physical abilities.

Developing non-verbal communication.
